Before you trade
Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. About Incoterms rules.
ImportantWe do not provide financial product advice. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security, financial product or commodity. We work alongside your own lawyers, accountants and licensed advisers. All enquiries are confidential.
What checks do you run?
Every counterparty goes through know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening before any introduction. We will ask for company registration details, directors and beneficial owners, and may ask for more.
Which commodities do you cover?
We welcome enquiries across agricultural, food, energy, metals and minerals and other commodities, subject to our checks.
Do you buy or sell goods yourselves?
Yes. As well as connecting buyers and sellers, we trade in our own right and can set up joint ventures where Key Legacies M&A is a party, with profit splits agreed deal by deal. We are always clear about which role we are playing, and every term is agreed in writing.
What are Incoterms?
Incoterms are the International Chamber of Commerce rules that set out who is responsible for delivery, risk and costs between seller and buyer (for example FOB or CIF). Choose "Not sure" if you would like to discuss.
Will you take every enquiry?
No. We decline enquiries that cannot pass our checks, involve sanctioned parties, goods or routes, or lack verifiable documentation.
