We work to your brief and bring you opportunities that fit it, on and off market. If you already have a target in mind, we can help with a discreet approach.
Do you invest yourselves?
We also acquire businesses for the Key Legacies group. If an opportunity is a better fit for the group, we will be upfront about that.
Will you check out the businesses you introduce?
We do first-stage screening against your brief and basic checks on who we are dealing with. Full due diligence is for you and your own advisers, and we help coordinate it.
